Where's The Puppy Collection?

You may have noticed that you can’t find those cute puppy goodies that used to be on our site? Well, that’s because sadly, the Andrex® Puppy Collection closed down with the launch of our exciting new website!

But don’t worry – there’s a new way that you can get your paws on an Andrex® Puppy item, and now they’re free, through our Andrex® Puppy Points programme.

Here’s your step by step guide on how to get your Puppy:

Step 1: Sign up to Andrex® Puppy Points here

Step 2: Check out the Puppies available on Andrex® Puppy Points, this will tell you how many points you’ll need to collect

Step 3: Enter codes from any Andrex® Puppy Points pack (White, Pink, Aqua, Natural, & Puppies on a Roll). These will be converted into Puppy Points. Your code is located under the black box on the pack as shown in the picture here:

Step 4: Once you have enough points, you’ll be able to print off a form and send it off – and we’ll send you your free puppy! All the information can be found on the Andrex® Puppy Points site.

Have you been collecting Puppy Tokens?

If you have been collecting puppy tokens from packs, don’t worry. You can still use these to redeem your free puppies. Here’s what you need to do:

For every 4 tokens that you collect, we’ll send you a code for Andrex® Puppy Points which will be worth 10 points. There’s a conversion table below, to tell you how many points you can get if you trade in your tokens.

To convert your tokens into points, simply pop them in the post to the following address:

When we receive your tokens, we’ll send you back your codes within 28 days. Once you receive them, follow the steps above on how to convert your codes into points, and get your hands on those cute Puppy goodies.
